Description

INGREDIENTS

Lamb Shoulder, Yellow Mustard, Vegetable Oil, Ikan Bilis Powder, Soda Bicarbonate, Worcestershire Sauce & Dried Rosemary 

STORAGE METHODS

  • Keep frozen until ready to use
  • Keep frozen at -18°C or below
  • Once defrosted, do not refreeze

COOKING METHODS

Oven / Pan Fry

  • Defrost the lamb chop
  • Remove lamb chop from packaging
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C 
  • Pre-heat the pan, add the lamb chop and pan fry 1 minutes until browned
  • Flip and pan fry 1 minutes
  • Transfer to oven and bake at 250°C for 6 minutes


Air Fryer

  • Defrost the lamb chop
  • Remove lamb chop from packaging
  • Place lamb chop inside the air fryer and cook at 200°C for 8 minutes
