1. Order Status & Delivery

How long I will received my parcel?

Once the order received, we will process your order in 1 - 2 working days. Our logistic partner will take another 1-2 days to deliver to your doorstep depends on the area.


JB Area: Within 1 - 2 days

West Malaysia: Within 2 - 3 days

We will notify you the tracking number via email once your order is ready for shipping.


What is the delivery charges?

JB Area: RM 15.00, get free delivery with min RM 150 spend

West Malaysia: RM 35.00, get free delivery with min RM 200 spend


Can I do self pick up?

Yes, self pick up service available at Vivo Pizza @ Gravity Green, Seri Alam or Vivo Pizza @ AEON Mall Bukit Indah


Can I change my shipping address after placing order?

No order amendment is allowed once payment is made. Kindly contact us at 6018-960 2800 for further assistance.


What if my order do not delivered to me within the promised date?

If you did not received your tracking number via email after 3 working days, kindly contact us at 6018-986 8200 for further assistance. 



2. Product Details


Is all the products Halal?

Yes, all of our ingredients are sourced from overseas and locally to deliver the premium products to you and are 100% verified by JAKIM Malaysia. 


How long are the product shelf life?

No preservatives, no modifiers and no additives added to our frozen products. Hence the shelf life will be maximum 6 months with storage  at -18°C or below.

Not to worry, you may find the Expiry date on the product packaging itself



3. Payment method


We accept payment as per below

- Online Banking: FPX and Credit Card


* We do not provide COD and bank transfer service



4. How to make order?

You may:


- Sign up / sign in -  Sign up for first time user and Sign in for repeating customer


- Add to Cart - Add your preferred items to your shopping cart by selecting products from the shopping list


- Checkout - When you are ready for checkout, click on “Cart”, swipe down and click on “Checkout”. You may review the items you have added to your “Shopping Cart”. Your order summary will be displayed for you to review.


- Remove - Click on “x” indicated beside each item to remove your selection from the cart.


- Quantity - To amend the number of items required click on the item > click on “+” or “-”. Click on the Size / Weight to select on the variant of the items (if available).


- Select Delivery & Payment Method” - Also in the “Checkout” page (on the bottom left), select your intended delivery & payment method. Double check the selected items again before clicking on “Proceed to Checkout” on the bottom right.


- Apply a coupon code - Key in coupon code and click apply to redeem your coupon.

The total price after discount will be shown.

 

- Proceed to Checkout - Once you are ready, click on “Proceed to Checkout” to fill in your details and select your required delivery date “Arrival Date”. When all are set, remember to check on the small box “I agree to the shop's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy” before clicking “Place Order”


 - Place Order - Once click on “Place Order”, proceed to payment page and make payment accordingly. You will receive an order confirmation sent to your current email address you used to signing in. All done!


5. Return or refunds


All products sold are not return and refundable except for wrong products shipping or damage products. You are required to notify us via email/phone within 7 days from the date you received it.
